Pros
- Small company culture with blue chip clients - Fantastic team of A+ players of creative problem solvers - There's always something new to learn and do - No pigeon-holes and you have to be ready to wear a lot of hats - Flexible office/location policy
Cons
Staff levels are kept in tight check and we are conservative about hiring that, if things don't go perfectly can end up requiring heroics to get projects to the goal line

- Silver has a great team. People are bright and friendly. Most employees stay at Silver for many years. - Products are well designed with a spirit of continuous innovation. - Silver has a solid reputation and a best-in-class customer base. Employees are well respected in the industry.
Cons
The culture at Silver is based on personal responsibility. Employees are expected to be self directed. Provided clients' needs are satisfied, people have the freedom to design their own hours. Work from home arrangements were common even before the pandemic. For people who are self directed, this a great environment: but it can be challenging for those that need extra guidance or structure.
