Pros
-Gossips-welcoming culture, never get bored if you work here -the heaven workplace if you are early employees here, no one will be dared to judge your performance and you will get promoted automatically even you did nothing
Cons
-gossips are going on everyday and from all levels staffs -most of colleagues there have their own business and boss not care about this even there are direct conflicts with the company -poor leadership no direction at all -your contribution will not be fairly rewarded as all credits will be taken from your manager and upper management not care about this -chaotic sales policy, the early staffs will try any way to block the new member’s opportunities and blackmouth you if they don’t like you, then you have no choice but resign only -the management loves peaceful people, and only hear advices from their close zone. If you’re someone pointing out any issues, they will see you as a hater and try to ignore and make you shut up by bypassing you from most of the discussion
