      Management team lacks vision and transparency

      1. Co-workers are nice 2. Flexible timing 3. WFH for some teams

      Cons

      1. Processes are not in place 2. Resources are difficult to get. I can't even take a print out without going through multiple people. 3. Senior management don't give a damn to their employees

      No Pros, no career , no stability

      Cons

      Treat employee only as a liability , full politics , starting they will tell you or make you feel you are an important resource but when the time is bad you wil be the 1st one to be fired
