Non stop calls, no room for growth, no incentives, they treat you like a number, no real help given when asked

They focus too much on negative. You can do a hundred things right. They'll never even notice.

Friendly coworkers that will help you with what they can Work from home option Training is very straight-forward and clear with how to use things and where to find important information.

Cons

Excessive amount of calls and very long hours so it gets very overwhelming very fast. Time for finishing work is taken from your break times Very rigid with schedules Lack of positive reinforcements
