Short, Sweet, Poorly Run.

Pros

Lovely people, great culture, and bonuses for company peformance. Trans Friendly. Lots of encouragement for personal dev and reflection. Great training program.

Cons

They couldn't get contracts so lots of hanging around doing nothing (a pro until I got made redundant). Lots of work socials with people getting drunk (also a pro to some). The head office is next to some kind of sewage treatment facility so it smells, especially outside.

Highly recommend it The company is so accommodating and bend over backwards for the employees. The environment, and most importantly the rest of the employees are really cool. No bad apples, which is a testament to the company.

Could do with free BUPA medical insurance

- Everyone is super friendly - The leadership team is very approachable - I am surrounded by excellent role models - Plenty of opportunities to have fun as well

Cons

- It can be hard to carve out time for personal development with the fast pace of project work - As with any consultancy, a large part of your experience is determined by the clients you work with
