Pros

One or the best work environments where you were truly making a difference in patients lives.

Cons

Parking is costly and traffic can be bad. Plan to get to work early to not be late, and if you live in the suburbs think about the added cost of parking and gas when negotiating your salary.

Pros

Ratios are really good, facility is nice

Cons

Low pay for COL, parking is expensive, management mid, diversity - lacking, ascend program - too much work for minimal pay increase, higher ups don’t actually care about staff or patients. Oh and 40 hrs of PSL, the other 40 of sick leave that Chicago gives us is loopholed as “paid leave” which rarely gets approved and you lose it when it gets renewed, and everything is taken out of the same PTO bank.
