Used to publicly shame employees via company-wide emails for taking too much fruit during snack time. This sort of thing should be dealt with privately. - There's quite a lot of corruption, with people taking bribes from suppliers. - Everything's very disorganized. Many things have improved, but I doubt it. Expect projects to be a dumpster fire unless one of the few competent project managers takes charge. - Many employees work Saturdays and late into the night, meaning they have little to no social life.
