The staff work environment is rife with a dog eat dog mentality established and encouraged by middle management keen to climb the corporate ladder. Family Services middle management is in dire need of an overhaul in order to reestablish the organisation’s reputation in regards to honesty and transparency. Human Resources staff are a law unto themselves and the puppets of middle managements agendas.
They are very focused on being LQBTQI+ friendly and promoting Indigenous education and support. Management and CEO are wonderful people and support your role and career progression

As a beginning as a religious charity and the continued connection to the church, there are some suppliers and supports who do not share 21st opinions and it can be difficult to deal with these people
