      Supportive and professional colleagues, relaxed working environment

      Cons

      They used to be an English friendly company until the new CEO who started to deliver all meeting only in Finnish, and shifting all internal discussion to Finnish. Felt like they were trying to isolate the non Finnish speaking employees. Luckily I left early enough
