      Make their best, most committed people redundant then make life difficult

      Anchor has a great ethos, positive working environment, some supportive managers in the organization, put the customer first

      Cons

      Make absurd recruitment decisions for senior management roles, allow said managers to discriminate against women for having children, allow them to make people redundant for having children... oh but then getting rid of said manager shortly after instead of reversing or halting redundancy decision. Pension is good while you're in it, but when you leave you're lucky if you get any information about your pension (5 months of chasing), and when you ask them to send you your P60 they tell you to use their unfriendly HR self-service system which you have no access to because you don't work there. Making a simple request difficult for no apparent reason.
