      Great people to work with. Can get valuable experience with different tools and encouraged to continue learning about the industry.

      Cons

      Pay below market value. Was willing to let people leave rather than pay them more money/or made it difficult to get a substantial raise after 2 years of salary freezes and laying people off. Company culture is dwindling and has changed drastically since first joining.
