      Unprofessional place of work.

      Pros

      Able to gain experience in different areas to add to resume.

      Cons

      Poor working conditions. Poorly managed building. Poor management. Lack of respect for employees. Lack of respect and trust in black employees. Top management has consistently displayed racial biases and discrimination toward black employees. Very high turn over rate. Negative and bad attitudes tolerated in management . Low morale.

      Good filler before you find a real job

      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Not much else to say.

      Cons

      No room for growth, most upper management have no degree or experience leading. Only family members or friends of the president are managers and get preferential treatment. No bonus or performance review. No HR so stuff will get swept under the rug which would not fly at any other company. The company is a "stepping stone" or a "filler" before an offer from a real company comes along.

      There is nothing good about working here.

      Cons

      Most employees are horribly underpaid, but yet the owners make well over $250,000 - not including everything else they charge to the company (including personal items such as cloths, food, and non-company related travel.
