*Old fashioned top and middle level management with favoritism. *Top Management does not recognize employee skills and innovative ideas. Highly skilled people are always undermined. *Unnecessary artificial work pressure is mounted on employees. This is mainly because of the lack of skilled Top/ middle level managers and poor Microsoft Excel based inefficient reporting structures. *Management is closely observing employees and controlling aspects of their work & decision-making to an extreme degree. *Care very less about employee satisfaction. You can not count on Management to stand besides you during your difficult times. *Poor work-life balance .
