no pros at all. they don't deserve anything

Cons

No job security although in the bond job. Work culture is doing what the boss demands without protesting wrong demands otherwise management kicks you from a bond job by snatching your certificates and salary which are collected while doing bond. Toxic atmosphere. no one will get settlement and reliving letter at any cost
