Pros

Honestly the only positive aspect is the hybrid schedule.

Cons

It’s frustrating because the company is huge and there isn’t an established process between teams. Management is poor and doesn’t seem to care about people. HR makes you feel like they aren’t there to support employees or even care about you, they only support the company. The company has lost smart and amazing people but they don’t seem to care. They clearly have their favorites.
