None, the company culture drains you mentally and physically.
Cons
-Tonnes of useless meetings, 3 meetings a day, 15 meetings a week. -No structure, messy, toxic culture, high turnover, bad commission scheme, passive aggressive management, -They will praise people in the meeting but call the same person stupid behind their back, calling names, swearing

Pros
No hierachy within team. Everyone comes together to work as a team. Great colleagues who are willing to help each other.
Cons
I will not say this as a con as the company has zero tolerance for individuals who bring in office politics and bad attitudes as this is a young team so culture is of most importance to cultivate a positive working environment.
