Only pro is the application of the products they produce.

Cons

Run like a mom and pop company even though they are multi-million. Culture of they management want nothing to change as they stay in line with the CEO so as to collect their bonus. No formal written goals and objectives to measure employees by, it about how well you kiss butt. The good pay is no substitute for the incompetent Executive and Sr Management.
