Pros
I am a self-motivated, result-oriented with good supervision techniques and have strong eye for administrative correctness. Have the ability to work efficiently and effectively on own initiative with excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Committed and has the ability to identify problems, develop work plans, and work under pressure to achieve tight deadlines and deliverables in an intense environment. Have excellent analytical and reporting skills and willing to learn from others with the ability to quickly establish rapport. Highly motivated and possess diligent and dynamic leadership characters and can coach others to maximize their full potentials.
Cons
Some of my downside in any working environment is that management or the senior staffs should not take an advantage of a particular worker. And i don't like sharing some personal issue at the work place.

Company expectations are clearly stated, store replenishment is prompt, store locations are in prime locations.
Cons
More upscale merchandise could benefit sales. Provide unique and current merchandise trends in apparel.
