      Pros

      Lots of room for growth, fun vibe, great collaboration. Creative work is interesting and changes with every project. Fully stocked kitchen, corporate lunches, great teamwork. Very appreciative with positive encouragement. They value your opinion and hard work.

      Workload is heavy, need to focus more on hiring.
