Great Health Insurance, but that's it.

Health Insurance plan is amazing, but that's about it.

Cons

Properties are pretty outdated, communication is subpar, no room for promotion unless you plan on being there for 10+ years it seems. Base pay is very low, commission rates are also very low, about $125-$150 per lease.

Your teammates will support you if needed and not expect anything in return. This is a company where the employee is just a warm body. The owner recognizes we are people and appreciation is shown in many ways. Working here means you will be part of a team.

Cons

The company is on the smaller side. It's growing, but still on the smaller side. If you are looking for somewhere to learn and grow in your skills, it's perfect for you.
