      Inadequate Services and Unprofessional Managerial Skills

      Pros

      Co-workers are supportive, nice, and fun to be around. They also have a great wellness program for employees. Benefits are nice.

      Cons

      Managerial and people skills are completely lacking here. Inappropriate and unprofessional behaviors of certain managers are not being reprimanded for their actions, takes no accountability for their mistakes, and are quick to blame others. Not flexible with employees, states there are advancement opportunities, but does not follow through and provides false hope for advancement. On-boarding process and training is HORRIBLE, and employees are set up to fail. Little actions are taken to improve the quality of customer satisfaction and improve employee's success with the company.

      Advancing in our company is sometimes a component of turnover; with low turnover in certain positions, there's less room for movement. Sorry your experience with AmCheck was negative. Thanks for your feedback, it is appreciated.

      Pros

      Competitive wages with complete benefit packages.

      Cons

      Management does not adhere to company or state policies. Misogynistic attitude from owners. Not a long term career. Trust issues with online usage. Our computers and internet usage are constantly tracked.

      Co-workers are supportive and friendly and the role was what was originally described to me.

      Cons

      Where do I begin? Little to no flexibility in your hours; no room for advancement; and the pay is below, way below, market rates.

      AmCheck success comes from dedicated support to our customers during dedicated hours. Some positions have more flexibilty than others. AmCheck does conduct regular reviews on employees. Thanks for your feedback!
