Pros

You can work from home and it's a small business. Some higher-ups are friendly and helpful when you have questions. It feels amazing helping people and I feel like I'm making a difference.

Cons

The pay is inadequate for the amount of stress and work you need to do. Management will blame you for mistakes even though you have not been trained on it properly. It's uncomfortable be around management sometimes. Management goes on breaks during major holidays while operators are forced to work.

Pros

There were absolutely no pros.

Cons

Where do I begin from pay rate, hours to the worst boss ever. During training Mindy would get mad at me for mistakes on things i wasn’t even trained on yet. They kept promising me additional raises and responsibilities so they could take vacations but she doesn’t really want anyone to have her “position” she was so immature and lied a lot.
