The management does not support you or have you back. They will take the MLC's word over the Americans. They wont even hear your side of the story. Working with MLC's is the worst. They think they are in charge of the American contractors. The MLC's will act nice in front of you and then stab you in the back by making up stories or exaggerating them. If the MLC's dont like you they will all team up on you and get you fired or take a job position away that was needed. Too much drama for a simple job. I would never recommend working for a company like this.
