- health and safety is taken very seriously and they have a culture and systems in place to support this - they care about their employees there are many times management have put people over profit - they have lots of work - the benefits and pay are above market average - they have established systems in place and utilize technology well, but you also don't feel like your part of a giant company because it's personal - during the pandemic, the leadership in my region and nationally took a stance that protected its employees. There are many ppl in construction that are ageing like myself and were very cautious / worried about coronavirus but still had to go to work. The company dealt with this especially well and did everything they could to eliminate risk as best possible for their employees. - working hours are better than most

I enjoyed my time at Alston. They are professional and take care of their people. Be responsible, do your job, and everything will fall in line.
