      If you’re a fresh grad, you’re in on an exciting adventure. You’ll be empowered to shine & you’ll have many opportunities to learn new skills. Colleagues are lovely & lifetime friendships are built here.

      Cons

      There's a ceiling in terms of your career paths here. After you reach a certain level (usually mid-level), there’s a high chance you’ll be stagnant for a while, unless your boss leaves & you’re deemed eligible to step up into the role.
