No Pros to think of, none. I think if you needed a place to get a foot in the industry I'd look elsewhere. (she's not respected among the industry and those that are around just tolerate her cause they know she's vindictive)
Cons
No benefits (bonuses, insurance, 401k match) Will argue why you don't deserve a raise. Will be vindictive if you leave. Work environment is horrible, Can confirm you will be forced to go to Landmark seminars without compensation. She spent most of her time recruiting people to Landmark while in the office. Is very insecure and will take it out on you by always having a power trip, was always talking about her dating life. ( would come in and audibly sigh at her desk until you would ask her what's wrong, baited you to ask about her dates all the time). Uses the word integrity (its a landmark buzz word) but has none. I've watched her make her assistances cry and then laugh about it. The clients were nice but none of the projects were every big, maybe a kitchen and/or a Primary Bath. Never a new build or full house renovation. I watched at least 5 of our clients get upset with her with her lack of transparency with purchasing and billing.
