Pros
- Intelligent and skilled co-workers so there is a lot of scope for learning. - Good holiday and summer parties.
Cons
- Excessive micromanagement. - No work-life balance. Not a simple 8-5 hours job. Will require travel randomly without much regard to your personal life. - Little to no room for creativity, almost required to work like robots. - Upper management doesn't care about employees, rather expect a certain protocol to be followed without much regard to its effect on employees.
