      Pros

      I have ample of time available after 2 hours from 10 a.m. so looking for some better opportunity to experience freelancing with other companies.. Free for any job and also on sundays as I believe in utilization of timings at correct age...

      Cons

      Sometime like one in a week I have to make visits to my present client's so on that day i will have less hours to work for my other company...

      Not a great place to work in the early stage of your career

      - Lot of verticals to work in - Reputed company in the industry

      Cons

      - Culture is regressive - Pay disparity at the same level is huge - Growth is slow - HR is not supportive in situations - Management trainee program is a farce. Given a choice don't get into it. Max candidates will drop from the program within the first year.
