The owners brother has major anger issues and yells at customers and threatens employees for no to little reason. The crews are understaffed leading to extremely unsafe conditions. Reports about broken gear went unchecked by management and we were just told to make it work and the general Forman is a raging alcoholic who got into a wreck with a school bus. Yeah
