      Pros

      Small Company with a lot of friendly people who are easy to get along with. 10+ Years Old. Competitive Salaries. 9 to 5 but flexible work hours. Lots of clients and there is definitely interesting and varied work. Company outings. Major Holidays have Catered Food, Bagel, Donuts surprises on some mornings, free coffee and other goodies.

      Cant really think of any.

      Pros

      The environment is fun, family-feel, and the jobs vary day to day. There are constant jobs, and those are constant, but the influx of new clients really keeps the creative juices flowing.

      Cons

      Working in a family-like environment makes it hard to say no, and the guilt trips for not accepting things are difficult to work through.
