Understaffed, Underresourced, No Support, No Training, No Mentorship, No Cohesion, Small CRO recently impacted by harsh large/mid-size CRO corporate mentality. Leadership out of touch with reality. Guidance is given from a place of power not collaboration. Days on site increased, salary did not, yet responsibilities tripled.
