      Diversity - multinational work environment

      Cons

      No clarity of direction or priorities, a new project is launched every other day and is scraped faster than that, poor decision making, duplication of efforts, more consultants than permanent employees, no people/career development, extremely high staff turnover, no clear processes

      Holiday buy scheme, free parking.

      Cons

      One of many slogans that Aliaxis shove in your (as an employee) face, is “we care, we dare, we deliver” needless to say they don’t care at all about their employees, they very rarely deliver anything on time or of any great quality. I suppose they dare to be inept?

      Pros

      Exiting work environment. International character, cares for employees. Financial stable and growing. A company in transformation from financial holding to operational group. In a few words: dynamic and offering opportunities for talent.

      Cons

      As the company is in transformation there may be a little organizational in-clarity, however this is a temporarily phenomena. Headquarters is in Brussels and hard to reach by car.
