      Negative place and poor management

      Pros

      They are a growing company and recently publicly announced another acquisition.

      Cons

      There is no formal onboarding in place and most managers do not meet with staff, not even new ones. Many email go unanswered. It was very frustrating working there.

      - Nice Benefits - Offered remote/hybrid structure - When i was there good people, can't speak now

      Cons

      - No real opportunity for advancement - Expect little to no guidance from team management - don't expect training to teach you the basics of the company tools, alot of flying by the seat of your pants
