Apart from that, the company doesn't have any solid systems in place, all decisions are arbitrarily made on the move, the culture is heavily sales-oriented but you're completely on your own to figure out how to bring results.
Salary is generally very small, except for the management, but they keep you on a tight leash through quarterly bonuses in order to cover your basic or moderate financial needs.
