      Pros

      Benefits, workspace, ethics, flexibility. A great group of people to work with, and a challenging business segment. Major growth opportunities both personally as well as generally for the company.

      Cons

      Management intrigue and politics was hurting the company badly. It was basically three different companies running under the same banner. All competing for internal resources, frequent management changes drove the company down both professionally as well as from a culture perspective.
