      Pros

      Staff focused, open environment, provides ample of flexibility to staff but of course needs to deliver. Challenging yet a very happy family to work with. Superb management team.

      Cons

      Lean structure, so we may need to involve in other areas or functions that we are not familar or profession in. Opportunities for career advancement might be less for now.
