      Ideal for young starters, but tough location for commuting

      Pros

      Great place for young and new people starting at the job market due to the fact that the average age of the employee is 34-40 giving chance to new starters. As an intern you learn the basic knowledge depending the department you belong (HR, Finances, Logistics etc).

      Cons

      The hard thing is the location which is far west of Thessaloniki and it's difficult for the employee to get there with public transport unless he/she has a car.

      Pros

      The company offers great opportunities for young professionals and those just starting out, which creates a dynamic and fresh environment. It's impressive how much the company has grown in the past few years, providing a lot of learning experiences and exposure to different areas. There’s definitely room for development if you’re motivated.

      Cons

      The location is a bit far from the city, which can be inconvenient. Also, since many employees are early in their careers, there can be occasional communication gaps or moments of disorganization. However, these are things that tend to improve with time and experience.
