Ability to work all round the country in a filed based role connecting with clients.

Cons

Terrible working practices made it impossible to get motivated. Morale at an all time low - even lower than it was 2 years ago. I did not think it could go any lower, but it did.

Management - micromanagement and moving goal posts. Little support and would shift blame to make up for their short comings. Compliance - little to no support even when crying out for help. Business strategy - not going in the right direction. All the advisers who made the business great have either left or been forced out.
