      Pros

      Health and safety procedures are taken seriously by management and there are increasing attempts to be environmentally conscious. Pay is average but hours and responsibilities are considerably less than market.

      Cons

      Cronyism is out of control. Management positions are only given on the basis on personal and family relations. Roles above Manager level do not have the qualifications or experience to be in leadership and do not have the respect of employees.
