      Not great but not terrible.

      Pros

      Pension is nice if you plan to stay and the health insurance is excellent. Teams tend to be smaller and you can work with some truly great people. Cafeteria is OK. Also free coffee, but it taste like motor oil.

      Cons

      The company is ran by two families who control most of the decisions. Pay is below average. No hybrid or remote work. Very old school company. Fox news plays in the cafeteria. The market for Afton's products will be gone eventually and it seems like they are milking the company for what they can until the market ends. Highly unorganized and hard to tell who is control of what at times.
