Pros
Mostly good people at all levels doing their best to keep all parties (employees, clients, upper management, share holders) satisfied. Some exciting changes and opportunities presented by the Xerox acquisition, if you're in a position to take advantage of them. In general, immediate management was outstanding.
Cons
There are so many sub-organizations and lines of business within ACS that's it's difficult to assign satisfaction to the company as a whole. The culture and job satisfaction can vary significantly depending on the line of business and/or project/client you work for. This is magnified by the Xerox acquisition.
Benefits are below average across the board.
