After the company was acquired by Calspan in mid-2020, things have taken a nosedive. Paid overtime is gone, vacation time was slashed, sick time was taken away, profit sharing is gone, health insurance is both worse and more expensive. The 401k match was taken away in early-2020 and there has been no communication about when (or if) that’s ever coming back. There was a strong push for people to return to working in the office back in September 2020 (despite it being against the executive order here in Minnesota) and now employees have been given a ~3.5 week notice that everyone must return to working in the office full time (no remote work allowed at all) in mid-May 2021.
