There are no pros whatsoever.

Cons

Low pay, bad benefits, impossible to use PTO, hostile environment, bullying, harassment, incompetent management, no HR onsite, verbal abuse, productivity targets are absurd, chaos and confusion, constant lying and taking away everything (flexible schedules, etc.) They lay off everyone at the end of the season. Be warned! THIS IS TESSELLATE UNDER ITS NEW NAME.

Decent bonus, no supervision (for me this was a pro but for the employees that need their hands held it is disastrous for the company’s future)

Cons

Poor management, no clear career path, high turnover, poor software with a lot of unhappy clients and internal employees using it, not much different than the environment in the movie Office Space. This is the kind of place people hope they never have to work at. The epitome of boring corporate desk job.

Cons

Just layed off 300 Advantasure employees five days before Christmas without letting out team managers know or anything. Very sad and chaotic after we've been with Advantasure for years, busted our butts to help with the transition to UST only to be thrown away and replaced. They do not value their employees.
