- Back and middle office staff overworked, burnt out and exhausted. No work-life balance and the atmosphere in the office was miserable.
- Management and HR do not listen to or value staff. They know that there is a high turnover of staff and that many work unpaid overtime, but do not care.
- Incredibly disorganised company. They act first and ask questions later, so staff were always putting out fires. No written processes and because of the high turnover and lack of training no one knew what they were doing.
- Lack of equipment - was never given a company phone or laptop despite working from home for over a year. We had to log into the remote server from our personal laptops, which caused constant IT issues.
- Shocking COVID-19 response. No communication and people were still being told to come into the office, even though we had all set up the remote server on our personal laptops weeks before.
- No social events
- Staff having to organise and pay for their own Christmas party (pre- COVID).
- The business telling staff they were going to send us all Christmas hampers (during COVID) but then telling us we had to travel to the closed office ourselves to pick up the hampers in the middle of a pandemic.
