Pros

Great to build a foundation in Salesforce revenue cloud. They have a bootcamp style training to bring in college and early career people which is great(their pay is another story.)

Cons

Onboarding, training and mentorship needs improvement. They can underpay and do not have good personal time off benefits. For a Salesforce/cloud partner, theirs is mediocre. No sick time allotted; you have to take it from your limited PTO which encourages working whilst sick and burnout.

First of all, thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. We truly welcome all feedback and make an effort to address any areas of concern to help us get better. We're glad you found our health insurance and benefits as a plus! As an organization, we pride ourselves in being a learning organization, Learning and Growth is one of our core values and we are committed in making sure everyone across all levels has access to learning and growth opportunities. From our new employee training/onboarding, to professional development opportunities, we’ve invested a lot of resources in making sure everyone has the training to be successful. We also encourage anyone who wants additional learning opportunities to bring those forward. If it is strategic and aligns with your role or future role, we definitely want to explore those opportunities with you. As far as salary, we are committed to compensating employees a fair and competitive wage, that includes a total compensation package in addition to base salary. Our leadership team does evaluate our pay structure, including checking with our competitors, to make sure we are fair in that regard. In addition, we actively encourage employees to keep the communication lines open if they have questions about career trajectory and growth. At no point do we want people to feel that they don’t have growth opportunities; we grow when our employees grow too. In regards to work/life balance, we realize that our industry can be challenging. We do offer a flexible work environment to allow for work/life balance. And we encourage those that are not seeing this, to bring those concerns forward so that we may address them and work with you to find a solution.

Pros

Decent pay, will hire people with no expired experience with the goal of training them. Health care coverage is great

Cons

All new hires that aren’t senior resources are brought in at 50k a year no negotiation. Anyone can be a team lead/manager, which results in excessively incompetent managers that do not know how to manage our handle workplace disagreements

Pros

ATG is a good place to launch your career in tech if you can’t break into the field. There are some really nice people that work here.

Cons

There are quite a few bad things about working at this company. Leadership was very disconnected from the employees and played favorites. If you were the favorite of one of the leaders in particular you could move up quickly even if you weren’t a good fit for a role. There were no pay bands in place here so some people were grossly underpaid for their roles. I also saw many people ask for raises that were declined and they were given a guilt trip about how they are paid well and how they should be grateful and patient. All the while there are no clear guidelines to how to increase your pay. The culture is toxic here. Although it was a good place to work at one point, the company is not scaling well. Employees who are more outgoing are treated better and given more opportunities. This creates an environment where employees feel forced to participate to make sure they show face. The company is losing quality employees. Many of the employees are fresh to the space. It is great that they are giving individuals opportunities to move into the tech field, but the ratio of experienced to new workers is an issue. Many long term employees leave because they are tired of this company and can command a much better salary elsewhere.
