      Supportive colleagues, but leadership lacks insight

      Pros

      Colleagues are friendly, and helping.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't really look into what is happening within the team, scrum masters and product owners act like project managers and try to influence the team decisions instead of trying to facilitate the development process. Leadership mostly only get reports from leads and is misinformed.
