      Lots of funds for materials and resources Prep time

      Cons

      Unprofessional leadership and departments, cliques, not enough support for teachers with student behavior. Frequent physical altercations between students observed. Low pay and minimal raises. HR requested staff not to discuss or disclose pay with other employees, which is in violation of employee rights.

      Pros

      ATA was good for starting out my teaching career as it gave me a lot of freedom and flexibility to figure out what did and didn’t work for me.

      Cons

      ATA isn’t able to pay as much as other schools. If you are a rule follower, ATA is tough because of how flexible they are with bending rules for certain teachers.
