Pros
Great pay, great overtime rates ON PAPER! But you won't get paid.
Cons
They use people for their own financial gain. A monthly pay cycle is how they get away with it and excuses whybyou didnt get paid. Leave before they take advantage of you and find a better place to work and preserve your energy and sanity. I left on time as I was warned about the situation by many others. So I left on my own terms as I value my own knowledge and experience and this company does not deserve it. They weren't too happy when I left. And behaved quite oddly.
