      Misuse of probationary period + Toxic work culture

      Pros

      Office is located close to train station handy as you have to be in office 4 days a week minimum.

      Cons

      No flexibility its looked down upon as untrustworthy. Constant screen watching / prying eyes. Misuse of probationary period great reviews provided throughout and when you are about 6 weeks left to complete probation they hand-in notice in lieu. 6 weeks early cause they pay you 2 weeks in advance. They'll hire in 2 weeks and terminate with 1 week notice TOXIC WORK CULTURE - STAY AWAY FOR MENTAL PEACE!

      - Some great colleagues - Great tech and interesting industry

      Cons

      - Most recent reviews are doctored internally for a push to raise glassdoor rating. It is incredibly biased an untrue and just straight up disappointing for a company to do that - Cutthroat culture, mass layoffs every year, always abiding to the big private equity wishes - Management does not really care for its people - Culture has went down massively every year, under constant pressure to perform without support and backings - Lots of streamlining of resources to prepare for IPO or acquisition.
