      Former ABI/LifeTech cronies taking over management

      Pros

      Company was good in the early days and had a focused plan of action

      Cons

      They have been hiring former ABI/Lifetch people for the past couple of years into middle management and they are spending more of their time trying to carve out little fiefdoms for themselves and making petty political maneuvers. These people are fighting for power and status within the company, making it a hostile and thankless environment for those just trying to do a good job. They also "hire" former ABI/Lifetech colleagues without interviewing anyone else and are able to get away with it for the lack of HR.

      Cool technology- Get to work with large pharmaceutical companies and brilliant scientist Respected brand and quality products Company will be purchased within next next year or so

      Cons

      Even if you blow out your goal...you will not be allowed to make more than anybody in the executive management team...yes even if you hit 500%

      Pros

      People were friendly, some still are, and it was a pretty good place to work at, at one point. Maybe they can recapture their magic, though it's looking pretty doubtful.

      Cons

      The review that said it was good for lazy workers and bad for good workers is true. Hard work is not appreciated here and pay is competitive in the sense that it's on the low end of the scale.
